The Projeto Cartas para o Papai Noel from Correios is a success in Brazil, but it faces a challenge: many people adopt the letters but end up delaying the shipment of the gifts. In 2023, in the state of Espírito Santo, 87% of the letters were adopted, but only 25% of the gifts arrived on time. To help change this scenario, Mercado Livre allocated 85% of its media budget to promote the Correios letters in various ad formats, encouraging people to adopt the letters and making it easier to purchase and send the gifts.
